Terms and Condition

1. Services

TrueCore Solution LLC provides logo design, branding, graphic design, and related creative services. The exact services, pricing, revisions, and deliverables will be based on the package, invoice, quotation, or written agreement accepted by the client.

2. Payments

Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. TrueCore Solution LLC may require full payment, a deposit, or milestone payments before starting or continuing a project.

Additional concepts, revisions, source files, urgent delivery, or work outside the original scope may require additional charges.

3. Project Delivery

Most projects are delivered within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the selected service and project complexity.

Delivery may be delayed when the client does not provide timely information, feedback, approval, or payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate business information, company names, slogans, design preferences, reference materials, and timely feedback.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all names, images, trademarks, slogans, and materials supplied to TrueCore Solution LLC are legally authorized for use.

5. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number included in the selected package. Additional revisions, new concepts, or major changes may require extra payment and additional time.

6. Ownership

Ownership of the final approved design transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.

Unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, templates, working files, and design methods remain the property of TrueCore Solution LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TrueCore Solution LLC may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect private or confidential information shared during the project. Information may only be disclosed when authorized or required by law.

8. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.

The client remains responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred before cancellation. Only paid deliverables will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrueCore Solution LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, financial, or business losses resulting from the use of completed designs or services.
