1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to management approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

2. 30-Day Guarantee

Eligible new logo design projects may qualify for a refund when the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are generally not available for:
  • Completed or approved work
  • Delivered branding packages
  • Additional revisions
  • Rush services
  • Custom illustrations or mascot designs
  • Third-party fonts, images, licences, or assets
  • Projects where work has already started

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days and will normally be returned through the original payment method.

5. Design Ownership

Final design ownership transfers only after full payment. If a refund is approved, the client cannot use any designs, concepts, or files created for the refunded project.
